Logistics Capacity Optimization Lead

Take charge of logistics capacity optimization with BRP as the Logistics Capacity Project Lead. Engage in impactful analysis and methodology development to enhance operations across manufacturing sites.
In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in standardizing logistics methodologies and ensuring quality data supports strategic decisions. Your strong problem-solving and technical communication skills, paired with a collaborative mindset, will be critical for analyzing capacity needs and recommending resource adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop standardized methodologies for calculating logistics capacity

• Analyze actual vs. theoretical capacity across facilities

• Maintain a capacity management dashboard for dynamic monitoring

• Collaborate with various teams to define logistics solutions

• Conduct profitability studies and performance analyses
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in an engineering or business-related field

• Minimum five years' relevant logistics experience

• Bilingual in French and English, knowledge of Spanish is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with logistics software

• Availability for travel outside of Canada 2–4 times yearly
