Site Material Coordinator

Coordinate materials, inventory, and logistics for Nordex wind farm sites across Canada. Use ERP systems and Service Now to support turbine operations.

As Site Material Coordinator, you will support material availability, inventory accuracy, and logistics across Canadian sites and warehouses. Reporting to the Parts Support Manager, you will work with Service Operations, Global Spare Parts, sourcing teams, and logistics partners. Your work supports turbine uptime and business profitability.

• Provide material support for Canadian wind farms and warehouses
• Manage Service Now requests through assignment and closure
• Track orders and inventory demand using ERP systems
• Coordinate shipping with logistics partners for on-time delivery
• Conduct audits, cycle counts, and inventory verifications

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum two years of inventory management experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to travel extensively and hold a valid driver’s license
