Facilities Maintenance Professional

Be a vital part of the maintenance team as a Facilities Maintenance Professional. Provide repair support and oversee the functionality of building systems in a busy shopping center environment.

This role involves performing regular inspections, executing minor repairs, and collaborating with team members to maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. In addition to managing life safety equipment, assist with seasonal tasks like landscaping and emergency responses, ensuring all areas are up to standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and minor repairs on systems

• Monitor HVAC and mechanical functionalities

• Ensure compliance with safety equipment protocols

• Participate in snow removal and gardening activities

• Address tenant maintenance inquiries promptly

Requirements:

• Secondary School Graduation Diploma preferred

• At least 5 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Knowledge of provincial health and safety guidelines

• Physically fit for manual and outdoor work

• Possess a valid Ontario Driver's License
