This position focuses on supporting various educational institutions by performing essential upkeep and maintenance duties. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of relevant experience, handling tasks like inspecting systems and ensuring cleanliness. You will work under the supervision of the School Principal, helping to uphold the facility's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness of all premises

• Organize and perform Maintenance Workman Class II duties

• Inspect lighting, heating, and ventilation systems

• Carry out minor repairs and preventative upkeep

• Monitor visitor access and coordinate with other workers

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of relevant experience

• General knowledge of building systems operations

• Understanding of basic maintenance tasks

• Ability to oversee or coordinate non-specialized employees

• Commitment to safety standards in product use and disposal
