Laboratory Assistant - Immunology

Job Overview

Lab Assistant, Immunology - No experience needed. As a Laboratory Assistant for our Immunology team at the Sherbrooke location, you will provide general technical support within the departments.

• Wash, dry and store all the equipment used by the technicians and analysts;
• Perform maintenance/cleaning of basic laboratory equipment;
• Order all the disposable material and chemicals through the internal store and/or external supplier using the purchasing software;
• Keep the working area and storage room clean and organized.

• High School Diploma;
• Able to work physically (lift up to 20 kg, walk, stand, stoop, etc.);
• Open-minded and willing to learn in a laboratory environment;
• Demonstrate flexibility and ability to work independently.

• Transportation:
  Easily accessible using Sherbrooke’s public transit system. Free parking. Electric vehicle charging station
• Salary:
  Starting $hr
• Annual bonus based on performance.
• Schedule:
  
  Full time, permanent position (37.5 hours/week), depending on the needs, you may have to do overtime. Mostly to work from Monday to Friday.
