Job Summary

and Main Responsabilities
  • Perform various cleaning, sanding, deburring, straightening, polishing and checking tasks.
  • Assemble parts into finished products.
  • Perform quality control on products before shipping to customers.
  • Pack end of presses into boxes.
  • Inspect products.
  • Assemble and fill boxes.
  • Assist in shipping for pallet packing.
  • Operate various accessory processes such as washer, vibrator, rotary drum, spot welder, drill press, or any other accessory process*.
  • Operate a forklift and overhead crane as required.
  • Perform all tasks safely and according to existing procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area.
  • Perform all other related tasks.
  • The mandate requires compliance with ISO procedures and processes.

    * The Laborer is not authorized to operate the stamping presses, CNC laser, CNC press brake or stapling machine.

  • High school diploma
  • Be autonomous and able to take initiative to optimize performance.
  • Must frequently move, bend and stand for long periods.
  • Knowledge of imperial and metric measurements and conversions – an asset
  • Valid forklift operator’s card – an asset
  • What We Offer

  • Daytime position:
    Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 16:00. Summer schedule from June to September in order to work 4 ½ days.
    Salary $21.52/hr.
