Position: Manufacturing Engineer in High-Volume Plants
Elevate manufacturing processes as a Manufacturing Engineer focused on improving efficiencies in a high-volume production environment. Leverage principles like Lean Manufacturing to streamline operations and drive results.

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably automotive. Your expertise will involve executing process flow solutions using Pareto analysis, conducting feasibility studies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll play a key role in APQP and apply problem-solving tools for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify process flow improvements using engineering principles

• Conduct capacity and feasibility studies for capital equipment

• Support APQP by applying Lean Manufacturing principles

• Implement corrective actions and mistake-proofing strategies

• Assist cross-functional teams with engineering change processes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in high-volume manufacturing

• Post-Secondary Education in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

• Knowledge of APQP and manufacturing quality systems

• Proficiency in CAD modeling software

• Understanding of ISO 14001:2015 and EMS protocols
