We are hiring a Machine Operator with 1 to 7 months of experience to monitor materials and pack shipments. You'll be tasked with setting up machinery, trimming plastic parts, and ensuring quality control. This position demands manual dexterity and attention to detail in a physically challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor moulding machines for plastics

• Inspect quality of materials and finished products

• Pack products for distribution safely and efficiently

• Trim and sand plastic or fiberglass pieces as needed

• Follow safety protocols while working in hot, noisy conditions

Requirements:

• Willingness to work various shifts including nights

• Experience in similar roles for 1 to 7 months

• Strong reliability, accuracy, and organization skills

• Own necessary tools including safety glasses and boots

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a demanding role
