Team Leader in Production Planning

Lead with BRP as a Team Leader in Production Planning, driving alignment between production and market needs. This position involves strategic oversight and team engagement in a dynamic setting.
In your role as Team Lead – Production Planning, you will report to the S&OP Manager 'll ensure production plans are aligned with sales forecasts and organizational objectives. This role requires collaboration across departments and the ability to translate demand forecasts into actionable plans while fostering a high-performance team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize the ORV analyst team for high performance

• Develop realistic production plans aligned with objectives

• Work closely with manufacturing and logistics functions

• Leverage data analysis for strategic performance

• Proactively identify and mitigate capacity bottlenecks
Requirements:

• Relevant experience in supply chain or production planning

• Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset

• Ability to influence at various organizational levels

• Experience in team management and talent development

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written
