As a Team Lead – Production Planning, reporting to the S&OP Manager, you will oversee the consistent application of production plans while managing a team of analysts. Your analytical prowess will be critical in aligning capacities with demand forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels for organizational efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive engagement and performance in the ORV analyst team

• Ensure operational feasibility of production plans

• Partner closely with R&D and logistics teams

• Utilize data analysis to inform strategic decisions

• Identify capacity constraints and propose mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Experience in demand or production planning

• Strong ability to synthesize complex information

• Proven leadership and talent development experience

• Familiarity with manufacturing dynamics in multi-site settings

• Proficient in English and French, both verbally and in writing
