Position: Operator Role in Manufacturing

In this dynamic role as a gluing operator, you'll be integral to Soucy’s commitment to quality. You will prepare raw materials, operate production machinery, and ensure that all parts meet safety and quality standards. The position offers diverse shifts and a welcoming team atmosphere focused on collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and weigh raw materials for production

• Operate rubber processing machines including mixer and mill

• Inspect produced parts for quality assurance

• Comply with health and safety regulations

• Keep equipment clean and in good condition

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred

• Previous factory experience is a plus

• Physically fit to handle production tasks

• Available for all shifts including nights and evenings

• Ability to operate forklifts is an asset
