Position: Manufacturing Manager at SBQuantum
Lead groundbreaking quantum sensing product manufacturing at SBQuantum in Sherbrooke. Work closely with engineering to transform prototypes into reliable, scalable production processes.

As the Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that high-quality quantum sensing products are produced efficiently and on schedule. You'll support production planning, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strict quality assurance standards. Strong leadership and process improvement skills are essential in this full-time role within our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations for sensing products

• Lead and mentor the manufacturing team in production execution

• Ensure materials and inventory support production timelines

• Oversee quality control and product acceptance testing

• Transition new product designs from engineering to production

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline

• 5+ years in manufacturing or production engineering

• Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams

• Proven track record in scaling production

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
