Step into a full-time Welder position in Sherbrooke, where you will handle various welding and assembly tasks to meet production goals. This role emphasizes quality and precision in a dynamic environment
As a Welder, you will be responsible for understanding blueprints and executing welding tasks with minimal oversight. Candidates must bring expertise in steel and aluminum welding processes, primarily GMAW and FCAW, along with an adherence to safety standards.
Your role will include operating welding robots, inspecting completed parts, and maintaining an orderly workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute welding of steel components using GMAW/FCAW
• Assemble aluminum parts through GTAW process
• Interpret complex fabrication drawings
• Perform inspections and quality checks
• Operate lifting equipment for part assembly
Requirements:
• Diploma in Welding or Related Field
• Experience in TIG and MIG welding processes
• Proficient in reading blueprints
• Familiarity with operating welding robots (advantage)
• Strong commitment to safety practices
