  • Identify equipment needs and oversee capital investment projects related to operations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production managers and technical support teams.
  • Promote workplace health and safety and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and purchasing teams to improve overall operational performance.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 4 years managing other managers.
  • Experience in production planning and scheduling within an ERP or MRP environment.
  • Experience in budget management, continuous improvement, and productivity optimization.
  • Experience in a mixed-model or make-to-order manufacturing environment, ideally involving multiple shifts.
  • Experience in electrical assembly, lighting, or metal fabrication is an asset.
  • Professional proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader who can make data-driven decisions, motivate teams, and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate knows how to delegate effectively, develop management talent, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and operational performance.
