This senior-level title reflects responsibilities spanning blending, quality checks, press adjustments, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, weigh, blend, and deliver press-ready inks
- Perform color control checks using X-Rite or similar equipment
- Support press operations with adjustments and troubleshooting
- Maintain production, quality, and downtime records
- Manage inventory and support work-off ink processes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Printing or ink manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
