Nursing Assistant - Pool

Position: Nursing Assistant - Applicant Pool
Our residences are seeking applicants for future nursing assistant positions in the South Shore region (Longueuil, Chambly, Saint-Hubert, and surrounding areas). We are seeking competent, caring professionals who are passionate about the well-being of our residents. Full-time, daytime position with every other weekend.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics

Create and maintain meticulous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)

Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations

Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents

Respond to all emergency situations

The ideal person has :

Ability to develop relationships

Focused on teamwork and collaboration

Good analytical skills, good judgment

Listening and empathy

Concern for the well-being of seniors

Required qualifications :

Collect degree in nursing (DEC) or a professional studies diploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing

Ease in the use of computer tools

Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset

Member of the OIIAQ

CPR up to date
