Lead adult dermatology nursing operations at OU Health through clinical oversight, quality improvement, and patient-focused management. This is an on-site departmental leadership role.
As Nurse Manager for the HB Dermatology Clinic, you will manage daily clinical operations and uphold nursing practice standards. The role requires performance measurement, budget management, regulatory compliance, and staff development. You will model OU Health values while supporting safe, inclusive patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day clinical operations and departmental performance
- Establish quality initiatives supporting safe patient care delivery
- Develop performance improvement tools and productivity reports
- Resolve patient complaints according to policy and collaboratively
- Coach, train, recognize, and evaluate department team members
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- Master's in Nursing preferred
- Three to five years demonstrated leadership experience required
- Current Oklahoma or multistate compact Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association
