Graduate Research Assistant - SSHRC‑Funded Project

McGill University seeks a Graduate Research Assistant to support a research project examining hidden social, emotional, occupational, and mental health consequences of resilience among immigrant workers across three Canadian provinces.

Responsibilities
  • Support participant recruitment.
  • Assist with data collection.
Requirements
  • Must be a current McGill University graduate student.
  • Fluent in either French, English, or both.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong quantitative research skills, including experience with survey data management and statistical analysis.
  • Commit to 10–12 hours of work per week.
Desirable Qualities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative on new tasks and challenges.
Compensation and Schedule

Hourly Salary: $23.00

Hours per week: 16 (Part time)
