Position: Principal Chemist for R&D Projects
Elevate pharmaceutical research as a Principal Chemist at Piramal Pharma Solutions, focusing on innovative R&D projects and intensive chemical analysis. Engage in experimental design and results interpretation to propel drug development initiatives.

This role emphasizes your capacity to conduct laboratory experiments and contribute meaningfully to early-phase development of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. You will document results and provide insights while ensuring adherence to safety and operational guidelines. Collaborating across departments, you'll address project hurdles with effective solutions and mentor less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct laboratory experiments aligned with project goals

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of experimental results

• Identify and present solutions for experiment-related challenges

• Perform and analyze various testing methods and samples

• Lead training sessions for co-op students and new staff

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in process chemistry or R&D

• Strong proficiency in analytical methods and techniques

• Knowledge of relevant SOPs and safety practices

• Capability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Leadership experience preferred for project management
