Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on transformational localisation and health systems
• Analyze gender equity in midwifery leadership
• Collaborate with Canadian and African midwifery associations
• Contribute to policy-relevant applied research
• Inform international development programming with findings
Requirements:
• PhD in a relevant field
• Experience in health systems research
• Familiarity with gender equity initiatives
• Commitment to interdisciplinary work
• Knowledge of midwifery in Malawi and South Sudan
