In this role, directly reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day store operations and optimizing inventory processes. You'll be pivotal in enhancing sales performance while ensuring that merchandising directives are strictly followed. As a leader, your ability to cultivate relationships will greatly impact the overall shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance customer experience through effective leadership
• Manage daily operations and team performance metrics
• Support inventory optimization and replenishment efforts
• Engage in eCommerce order fulfillment and shipping
• Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferred
• 1 year of experience in a leadership role
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
