This role reports to the Store Manager, focusing on cultivating a positive shopping environment for customers. Your key contributions will include optimizing sales and maintaining brand standards through effective visual merchandising. You will also manage the end-to-end process of inventory control, ensuring that customers find the products they love.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance shopping experiences through customer engagement
• Lead inventory management and visual presentation efforts
• Drive sales success and customer loyalty
• Supervise daily operational tasks proactively
• Implement eCom fulfillment processes efficiently
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Retail experience with a team lead focus is preferred
• Passion for fashion and team leadership skills
• Time management skills for multitasking effectively
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends
