• Ensure overall operational excellence of the store

• Proven ability to build and sustain a highly successful and cohesive sales team
• Passion for coaching and natural leadership ability
• Strong understanding of financial results and ability to translate into effective sales strategies
• Commitment to delivering a great customer experience in a tech‑friendly environment
• Excellent communication skills in English; second language (French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Thai, or other) is a plus
• Adequate knowledge of French required for positions in Quebec

Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 (subject to final offer)
Variable Compensation:
Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) based on typical bonus percentages for similar roles.
