As part of Dynamite’s team, you will report to the Store Manager and focus on enhancing customer experiences through effective inventory and operational management. This role involves maintaining visual standards and optimizing store performance while fulfilling eCommerce orders and managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote customer confidence through exceptional service
• Manage merchandise presentation and inventory efficiency
• Oversee eCommerce order fulfillment and stock replenishment
• Collaborate with management for operational improvements
• Build lasting relationships with customers and peers
Requirements:
• Must possess a high school diploma
• Preferably 1 year as a team lead in retail
• 2 years of relevant retail experience considered an asset
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including holidays
