Flooring Decor Sales Specialist

Guide customers toward flooring and decor solutions at The Home Depot through product expertise, project questions, and friendly service.

As a Sales Specialist, you support Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance priorities. You welcome shoppers, assess project needs, locate merchandise, explain product features, and recommend purchases. You also maintain showroom presentation and stock while supporting sales goals.

• Welcome customers and assess their project and product needs
• Explain merchandise features, benefits, and project completion steps
• Maintain stock through pack down and pack out activities
• Clean displays, products, shelves, and showroom areas
• Follow up on job quotes to complete sales

• Must be at least eighteen years old
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• High school diploma and/or GED knowledge typically acquired
• Ability to stand, walk, and handle moderate-weight materials
• Two-plus years retail, specialty retail, sales, or trade experience preferred
