Lead mining sales across Ontario and Eastern Canada with strategic account development, project pursuits, and market expansion responsibilities at KSB Mining.
The Region Sales Manager develops revenue, market share, and customer relationships across assigned mining territories. You will target hard rock, industrial minerals, and mineral processing opportunities while collaborating with KSB Mining global teams. The position emphasizes strategic selling, key accounts, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and win strategic mining projects and Must-Win Projects
- Manage opportunity funnels, forecasts, reporting, and CRM records
- Grow assigned customers and develop selected new customers
- Build executive relationships with mining companies and EPCs
- Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams across strategic projects
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, mining, or related field
- Ten or more years in mining, pumps, or engineered solutions
- Success in business development, key accounts, or EPC/OEM sales
- Understanding of slurry pumping and mineral processing systems
- Willingness to travel significantly across Eastern Canada and globally
