Senior B2B Sales Coach based in Canada, using sales leadership and bilingual coaching expertise in a primarily remote environment. Support clients across international markets.

Emerse seeks an experienced sales leader or established coach for consulting engagements with ambitious B2B businesses. You will mentor business owners, strengthen sales capabilities, and improve commercial performance. The work combines strategic consulting, hands-on coaching, and business development.

• Deliver coaching engagements using established sales methodologies and frameworks
• Facilitate bootcamps, strategy sessions, workshops, and performance reviews
• Design customized sales playbooks for client growth objectives
• Assess KPIs, identify gaps, and establish accountability frameworks
• Advise on sales hiring, onboarding, and team development

• At least 10 years of B2B sales leadership experience
• Proven coaching or mentoring experience with sales professionals
• Knowledge of sales methodologies, pipelines, and repeatable processes
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory
• Based in Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada
