Business Development Manager Ontario

Drive market growth across Ontario for Navien through strategic partnerships, contractor outreach, and research into emerging business opportunities. Up to 50% travel is expected.

As a Business Development Manager, you will identify industries, companies, and segments beyond Navien’s current reach. You will help develop new markets and services while using judgement and discretion in significant corporate decisions. Success requires communication, research, strategic planning, negotiation, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and executive teams.

• Research industries and market trends for new opportunities
• Call on contractors and reach potential partners
• Create plans for market entry and new services
• Update leadership on progress and pipeline developments
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to gain customers

• Reside in Ontario and accept field-based work
• Minimum five years’ business development experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Research, strategic planning, and negotiation abilities
• Collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and executive teams
