This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing long‑term customer partnerships, and delivering technical product solutions across resellers, dealers, integrators, distributors, national accounts, and end users. It requires proactive selling, expanding customer networks, managing negotiations, solving customer challenges, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Success requires strong prospecting ability, skill in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, and confidence in negotiation, pricing discussions, and closing. It also demands strategic account planning, exceptional relationship‑building, strong communication and listening skills, empathy, and the ability to analyze customer strategies and market dynamics. A solid technical understanding of product specifications and applications is important, along with the ability to explain solutions clearly and address mid‑level technical questions.

Proficiency with CRM systems, strong time‑management and organizational skills, analytical problem‑solving, and thorough preparation for key customer meetings are essential. The role involves travel up to four days per week and benefits from a team‑oriented positive mindset.

• 4-year University degree*
• 5+ years' experience in outside sales, preferably in Professional Audio, IT/AV or related technical sales and working with Customers
• Min 3 years knowledge of the Audio or AV industry, with IT and Networking Experience preferred
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
• Ability to travel up to 4 days per week, including overnight travel as needed.
