Small Business Software Sales Executive

Turn small-business goals into software value through consultative selling, high-velocity sales, and 30–40 daily prospect calls. Hub Spot hires this Account Executive in Ontario and Quebec.

This Account Executive role focuses on helping prospective customers understand how Hub Spot can grow their businesses. You will create and manage a self-sourced pipeline, uncover pain points, qualify strategic fit, and close new customer transactions. Strong ownership, coaching, and problem-solving support consistent quota attainment.

• Educate prospects about Hub Spot’s software and business growth potential
• Dissect customer goals and qualify strategic investment opportunities
• Identify, engage, and develop relationships with self-sourced leads
• Create updates for two deals per day across your pipeline
• Close 10–14 transactions monthly after fully ramping

• One-plus years of quota-carrying experience with attainment history
• Hunter mindset and ability to source personal sales leads
• Consultative examples connecting customer pain points to product value
• Business acumen selling to C-level executives and business owners
• Ability to create urgency within 14–60-day sales cycles
