Drive retail partnerships for OURbody remotely across Canada using business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Earn 10% commission on closed wholesale deals.
As an independent contractor, you will lead growth across boutique retail, wellness studios, spas, cafés, and aligned stockists. You will work directly with the Founder and CEO to identify prospects, pitch OURbody’s herbal tea blends, negotiate terms, and close partnerships. The role suits someone experienced in CPG, wellness, beauty, or retail sales and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target prospective retail accounts across Canada
- Pitch OURbody blends and brand story to prospects
- Negotiate terms and close wholesale partnerships
- Develop collaborations with wellness, beauty, and lifestyle brands
- Track outreach, pipelines, and commissions using CRM tools
- Proven business development, sales, or partnerships experience
- Experience with in CPG, wellness, beauty, or retail
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and set outreach strategy
- Passion for women’s wellness and hormonal health
