New Business Acquisition Executive

Drive new business acquisition at Bunzl Canada through prospecting, consultative selling, and pipeline development across assigned territories or industries.

As a Business Development Executive, you will identify new logos, qualify opportunities, and build relationships with decision-makers. You will position Bunzl Canada products and services as tailored solutions, manage CRM activity, and guide deals through closing. The role supports growth through market insight and disciplined sales execution.

• Identify, qualify, and secure new logos within assigned territories
• Build prospect pipelines through calls, referrals, networking, and outreach
• Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored customer solutions
• Track opportunities, forecast accurately, and close business
• Lead negotiations and coordinate successful customer onboarding

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum three years in new business acquisition
• Complex distribution environment experience is an asset
• Ability to communicate persuasively with key decision-makers
• Proactive ownership, resilience, and independent sales judgment
