SaaS Sales Team Manager

Lead SaaS sales growth remotely from Canada or the United States through purposeful coaching, forecasting, and disciplined pipeline management.

As Sales Manager at Xello, you will lead education sales consultants and drive revenue targets through consistent sales execution. You will establish expectations, develop representatives, and support sustainable growth through prospecting, customer relationships, deal management, and accurate forecasting. Salesforce and Gong support performance insights.

• Lead and develop education sales consultants toward revenue targets
• Coach prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, and deal control
• Conduct weekly one-on-ones and sales call reviews
• Reinforce CRM, pipeline, and forecasting discipline using Salesforce and Gong
• Partner with enablement on recruiting, onboarding, and development

• Three or more years managing a sales team
• Ability to drive results through coaching and accountability
• Strong prospecting, discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and deal management skills
• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and time management
• EdTech or K–12 education sales experience is an asset
