Insurance Services Business Development Executive

Build insurance-services revenue through strategic prospecting, proposals, and relationship management across Western Canada in a hybrid role.

As Crawford’s Sales Executive, you will report to the Vice President, Sales, and develop opportunities with carriers, brokers, and self-insured organizations. Your work includes understanding client programs and challenges, recommending services, and expanding existing accounts. You will also contribute market intelligence, maintain pipeline information, and align client commitments with operations.

• Target new prospects and identify sales opportunities
• Understand client programs and recommend expanded services
• Maintain carrier, broker, and self-insured relationships
• Develop customized agreements and statements of work
• Share Western Canada market intelligence with sales teams

• Bachelor’s degree in a related business discipline
• Five or more years in insurance or professional services sales
• Experience supporting national or global insurance companies
• Strong communication and interpersonal relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce or ability to learn
