This Partner Manager / Coordinator develops and scales a strategic partner ecosystem within a growing B2B SaaS environment. You will manage partner relationships, program operations, enablement, and joint marketing initiatives. The work connects Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams around partnership plans and performance objectives.

• Manage strategic partner relationships, plans, account mapping, and pipeline objectives
• Maintain partner communication, operational support, and collaboration
• Develop partner program tiers, engagement strategies, and portal improvements
• Coordinate training, certifications, educational content, and enablement resources
• Track partner pipeline, revenue attribution, performance, and ROI

• 5-7+ years in partner management, channels, or ecosystem development
• Experience scaling partner programs, processes, and operating systems
• Ability to generate partner-sourced sales pipeline
• Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and account planning skills
• Ability to work Eastern Time business hours
