Security and Compliance Program Manager

As a key player in the Security & Compliance Team, you'll play an essential role in managing physical security measures and vendor risk assessments at Global Excel Management. Your responsibilities will include developing security policies, conducting audits, and overseeing employee training programs on security protocols.

Your role will, therefore, be integral to maintaining compliance and enhancing organizational safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures

• Evaluate vendor security documentation and identify gaps

• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits

• Facilitate employee training and access protocols

• Track remediation plans for vendor risks

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Security Management

• 5+ years of experience in physical security

• Relevant certifications are advantageous

• Strong knowledge of applicable regulations

• Bilingualism in French and English is preferred
