As a Flexible Driver at Fed Ex, you’ll be responsible for delivering packages on predetermined routes. You don’t need prior experience, although customer-oriented experience is valued. A valid Class 5 driver's license is essential, and bilingual proficiency (French and English) is required for candidates in Quebec.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and confirm orders prior to delivery
• Execute efficient loading and unloading of vehicles
• Deliver outstanding customer service during interactions
• Work varying shifts based on operational needs
• Pass all necessary driver assessments and training
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent needed
• Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license
• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Bilingual skills (French and English) if in Quebec
