FedEx Package Handler Position

Become part of the Fed Ex Canada team as a Package Handler Non-Driver, where you'll handle the movement of freight within the facility. Physical readiness and availability for various shifts are key.

As a Package Handler, you will engage in loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting freight, making sure operations run smoothly. The role requires handling heavy packages up to 150 lbs and participating in mandatory training. Knowledge of Fed Ex operations and Canadian Customs regulations will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently load and unload freight within the facility

• Scan and sort packages accurately for operations

• Maneuver and lift packages using the proper techniques

• Complete all basic and recurring training as required

• Operate effectively within a PC Windows environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred for candidates

• Interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration

• Understanding of Customs regulations preferred

• Must be available for various shifts, including Saturdays

• Bilingual in French and English if residing in Quebec
