Pharmaceutical Distribution Warehouse Associate

Support pharmaceutical distribution at Sun Pharma through finished goods staging, GMP documentation, and accurate warehouse transactions. Work in warehouse and shipping areas.

As Warehouse Associate II, you will coordinate shipping and distribution activities within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities include preparing finished goods for NJDC, UPS, and Northstar, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following Sun Pharma SOPs and cGMP requirements. The position also includes training participation and team member coaching.

• Pick and stage pallets according to shipping requirements
• Complete putaways and maintain accurate inventory locations
• Prepare ASN, Pro Forma Invoice, and customs documentation
• Inspect trailers and report safety or security concerns
• Maintain clean, organized areas under SOPs and cGMP

• Finished goods shipping experience, preferably pharmaceutical
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements and SOP compliance
• Experience coordinating trucking and transportation companies
• Experience with United States shipments and cross-border documentation
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
