Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator supports effective and efficient warehouse operations. The position involves document accuracy, purchase orders, inventory coordination, and interdepartmental communication. It suits candidates with logistics or warehouse coordination experience and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Scan delivery and inventory documents for accuracy
- Receive and process purchase orders
- Verify documentation accompanies inventory orders
- Answer interdepartmental order status inquiries
- Create priority pick lists for warehouse staff
- One to three years logistics or warehouse coordination experience
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Preferably experienced with SAP software
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
