Warehouse Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW  Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator is a vital member of the operations team and plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective and efficient execution of warehouse operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   Scan all delivery and inventory documents and check for accuracy
Receive and process purchase orders
Ensure inventory orders are accompanied by appropriate documentation
Communicate interdepartmentally regarding inquiries / questions on order status
Communicate with and respond to order inquiries from other departments
Create priority pick lists and assign inventory for warehouse staff to order pick
Review sales orders and coordinate with purchasing/manufacturing about missing items
Follow up with purchasing and sales regarding delays on sales order deadlines
Complete other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS   1-3 years prior experience with logistics or warehouse coordination
Highly organized and detail oriented
Preferably, experience with SAP software
Advanced computer skills and capable with Microsoft Office Suite of products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
HOURS OF WORK  The typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
