Accounting Manager​/Controller

We're looking for a hands-on accounting professional ready to step into a leadership role with a growing company in the solar industry.

If you're a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Assistant Controller who knows the books inside and out and wants greater responsibility, this could be your next move.

This isn't a position where you'll just oversee reports. We need someone who's comfortable rolling up their sleeves, managing the accounting details, and helping shape the company's financial future.

• Own monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Handle hands-on accounting and bookkeeping in Quick Books Online.
• Oversee accounting processes and support personnel.
• Develop budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial plans.
• Support job costing, profitability analysis, and operational reporting.
• Improve financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Work alongside company leadership and a fractional CFO.
• Grow into the company's primary internal financial leader.

• Strong hands-on accounting and bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with monthly close and financial statements.
• Budgeting, cash forecasting, and financial analysis experience.
• Leadership potential and a willingness to take ownership.
• Construction or project-based accounting experience is a plus.
