10 Marketing is looking for a responsible Accountant to manage financial records, client invoices, payments, expenses, and reporting for our digital marketing operations.

• Maintain accurate records of company income, expenses, payments, and transactions.
• Prepare and issue invoices for digital marketing projects and monthly retainers.
• Track client payments and follow up on outstanding invoices professionally.
• Process payroll, commissions, bonuses, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts and review financial records for inconsistencies.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, expense summaries, and management reports.
• Maintain organized documentation for tax, audit, and compliance requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting procedures.
• Experience with Quick Books, Xero, Excel, or similar accounting software.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional integrity and the ability to maintain complete confidentiality.
