Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sheridan, WY. This is an entry-level position where you will act as a vital bridge between our homeowners and our solar experts. If you are a positive, coachable person looking to start a career in the clean energy industry, we want to hear from you!

Primary Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for homeowners, answering questions about the solar installation process with professionalism and empathy.
  • Scheduling: Assist our sales force by qualifying potential customers and scheduling appointments for Energy Consultants.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure a seamless experience from the initial consultation to final activation.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer information and update records within our internal database/CRM system.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with local sales teams and installation crews to ensure project milestones are communicated clearly to the homeowner.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on  active listening.
  • Attitude: A positive, self-motivated  learning mindset  and a desire to grow within the company.
  • Computer Literacy: Comfortable using basic office software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality for an in-person, office-based role.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
