Role SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sheridan, WY. This is an entry-level position where you will act as a vital bridge between our homeowners and our solar experts. Primary Responsibilities- Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for homeowners, answering questions about the solar installation process with professionalism and empathy.
- Scheduling: Assist our sales force by qualifying potential customers and scheduling appointments for Energy Consultants.
- Problem Solving: Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure a seamless experience from the initial consultation to final activation.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer information and update records within our internal database/CRM system.

Collaboration:
Work closely with local sales teams and installation crews to ensure project milestones are communicated clearly to the homeowner.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Attitude: A positive, self-motivated learning mindset and a desire to grow within the company.
- Computer Literacy: Comfortable using basic office software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality for an in-person, office-based role.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
