Civil Engineer Manager (relocation assistance eligible to Sheridan, WY)

CDG Engineers, Inc. invites applications for the Civil Engineer Manager role. This position leads a small team and manages design and development of civil engineering projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

• Lead a small civil engineering team in project planning, design, and execution.
• Develop engineering designs for infrastructure, mining, DOTs, structural and other civil projects.
• Ensure projects meet regulatory standards and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain safety compliance and promote a culture of quality and reliability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Leadership experience of 2+ years.
• Experience with Bentley ORD, Auto Desk Civil 3D, Geo Pak, InRoads, Open Roads or hydraulics analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to simplify technical issues for diverse audiences.

• Mining experience.
