Manager Civil Engineer

* As a Civil Engineer Manager, you will play a pivotal role leading a small team and also performing the design and development of projects.
* Your expertise in various areas within civil engineering (i.e. infrastructure, mining, DOTs, structural, etc.) will be instrumental in ensuring projects meet regulatory standards and exceed client expectations.

* Requirements for the role:
* * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of related experience

* PE license required

* Leadership experience of 2+ years

* Experience with two or more of the following:
Bentley ORD, Auto Desk, Civil 3D, Geo Pak, InRoads, or Open Roads (ORD), hydraulics analysis

* Microsoft Office productivity software.

* Must be able to comply with all client and industry safety requirements.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify technical issues.

* Preferred requirements:
* * Mining experience (not required)
