Speech Language Pathologist

Position Overview

The Bighorn Development Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Therapist to join our team full-time in Sheridan & Johnson Counties, Wyoming
. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on children from birth through five years old who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. As a key member of our early intervention team, you’ll help children find their voice—literally and figuratively—through meaningful, individualized therapy and family-centered support.

Sign On Bonus: $5,000

• Provide speech & language therapy in natural environments and educational settings for children birth through 5 years
• Develop and implement IFSP and IEP goals with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Conduct evaluations and assessments using appropriate tools to determine eligibility
• Provide monthly therapy activities and determine service method delivery to promote attainment of each child's goals and child and family outcomes
• Support family involvement and carryover through coaching and collaborative planning
• Offer indirect/consultation services to early childhood professionals and family members to meet IFSP and IEP goals
• Gather and analyze intervention data regularly and modify as needed
• Maintain clear documentation aligned with federal and state requirements

• Full-Time, 35 hours per week
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, following the school calendar year, with approximately 14 workdays during the summer, for a total of 192 workdays annually.
• Serving families in Sheridan & Johnson County Wyoming

Salary/Compensation: $51,000 - $64,000 per year
