Travel Paramedic

Med Ops Staffing LLC is seeking experienced Travel Paramedics to join our team on a temporary part-time basis. You will be providing high-quality Advanced Life Support (ALS) care within a 911 EMS system. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will be expected to work in diverse environments and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency medical care and transport to patients in a 911 EMS setting.

• Perform advanced life support procedures in accordance with state and national protocols.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

• Collaborate effectively with other EMS professionals, hospital staff, and public safety personnel.

• Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and protocols.

Compensation:

• Pay range: $40-$50 per hour for regular time, depending on assignment location.

• Overtime rate for hours worked over 40 per week unless state requirements are different.

• Living stipend or housing provided based on location.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience working on an ambulance in a 911 system.

• Current State Paramedic License ( ability to obtain before start date).

• National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) Certification.

• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

• Completion of an advanced trauma course (preferred).

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

• Provide proof of current single-step TB test (within 12 months), MMR, Hepatitis B, and Tdap (within 10 years).

• Maintain a satisfactory driving record with no more than one moving violation in the past 12 months.

Shift Requirements:

• Must be willing and able to work all shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, or any combination.

• Flexibility is required to meet the client’s scheduling needs; a normal rotating shift should not be expected.
