- Inpatient Medical role at VA Detroit
Works as an inpatient social worker with primary assignment to the medical unit and is a member of that treatment team responsible for discharge planning. Will be responsible for working and understanding work on all inpatient units as needed. Provides support to the Hospice and Palliative Care Team for veterans on the medical unit. Provides social work psychosocial services to Veterans and their families.
The work location will be Sheridan VA Medical Center.
