Description

Newedges is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Sheridan. As a Supply Chain Analyst at Newedges, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will be involved in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations to enhance our overall supply chain operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and drive continuous improvement initiatives within our supply chain department.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency.
  • Generate reports and present findings to key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement solutions to reduce expenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance supply chain performance.
  • Utilize supply chain management software to track shipments and manage inventory.
  • Forecast demand and assist in planning inventory levels to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
